Ratpol manufactures components and finished products based on customer documentation. From the valuation to the finished product, we try to meet the requirements of our customers. In preparing the documentation, we use AutoCad 2D, SolidWorks 3D, TopS and MasterCam programs for CNC machines (laser, CNC lathes and milling machines). The next stage of production is the preparation of details or subassemblies and joining them by welding using Mig / Mag, Tig or welding. Manufactured details or constructions, in cooperation with trusted partners, can be subjected to finishing operations such as: applying paint or zinc coatings in the case of black sheets and passivation, sanding in the case of stainless sheets. The final stage is the final quality control, proper packaging and transport of finished products to the customer.
